In order to cancel or reschedule an shipment you must call the Cooper & Jones during business hours (Mon to Fri: 8am-5pm) or fill out our online contact form to cancel transportation with the center of customer service. Please note that all messages left after 5PM will not be checked until the following day. All deposits are non-refundable.
